Dumont Walker | Principal
Dumont Walker grew up in Nelson County and attended Nelson County High School in Lovingston, Virginia. After graduation he went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. After graduation Dumont moved to Washington D.C. where he began a professional career in online marketing. Over the last five years Dumont has led the way in establishing brand identity and implementing wide sweeping marketing strategies for startups along the East Coast.
Dumont is responsible for spearheading Creative Confederation's growth efforts. He is lead liaison for client relationships and project management. His work has focused on bringing online marketing strategies to up start businesses. Dumont possesses a strong background in Web 2.0 technologies and he has become one of the forerunners in launching Web 2.0 marketing campaigns. In addition to Web 2.0 strategies, Dumont is an experienced E-Mail Marketing manager.
Prior to launching Creative Confederation as a full time business venture in the spring of 2009, Dumont served as the Online Communications Specialist for Voxant (now the Grab Networks). He was responsible for executing branding exercises in both the traditional and online markets. In addition Dumont managed Voxant’s E-Mail marketing campaigns.
Leroy Nunery III | Lead Designer and Creative.....
Leroy Nunery III was born in Chicago, Illinois, grew up in Montclair, New Jersey, and has spent the last decade in the Philadelphia area. After taking several courses in Conestoga High School's Arts Department (Berwyn, Pa) he continued on to obtain his Bachelor of Arts degree In Sociology from The University of Pennsylvania in 2006. His Mandarin Chinese studies and passion for soccer have driven Leroy to travel the globe and explore new cultures from a very young age. Taking bits and pieces from various places on the planet, his dynamic style has finally started to take shape after a quarter century.
Leroy is responsible for the front-end efforts of the Creative Confederation Design Group. While at Conestoga, Leroy began to focus his artistic energy towards the digital realm. Since 1999, Leroy has been working with most of the programs in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, and some Flash. He also spent time working with a handful of 3-D programs (Bryce, Raydream, Poser) and took a CAD drafting course...just to round out the visual experience. During his time at Penn, Leroy continued to design logos and artwork for fun, and create websites for a number of organizations.
Leroy's passions extend beyond the visual world- He has been working with Pro Tools for 4 years, producing music for 7, and playing the guitar and drums for 16. Oh, and he DJ's too. He launched theefunklord.com in 2006 as his own creative space.
